Why have a Strata Building Manager?

Since first working in strata management and strata buildings we knew there was a need for a service that sits between the administrative role of strata managers and the voluntary work of strata committee members in apartment buildings.

A strata manager’s focus has to be on quick solutions to issues and they do not have time to explore a range of options, nor to go onsite and look at issues. Building managers do that.

On the other hand, strata committee members often spend large amounts of their own time doing unpaid work for the building, and that can be unfair. Not everyone really wants to volunteer all their free time for the benefit of the building and its residents – there is more to life!
